Is Sonder Jobs really free?

Yes. Creating a profile, exploring jobs, and using the candidate tools is free, with fair-use limits to keep the service available to everyone.

What does a fit score mean?

It compares the information in your profile with a role’s stated requirements. You can inspect the evidence and missing information. It is not a guarantee of eligibility, an interview, or a job offer.

Will every recruiter be able to see my CV?

Only if you explicitly enable recruiter discovery. When you apply to a role, you share your application with the agency hiring for it. CVs uploaded privately by an agency remain in that agency’s private pool.

Can I apply for multiple roles at once?

Once your profile is complete, you can select and review recommended roles with at least 85% fit and apply to those selected roles together. You can also apply to individual roles.

Does practicing a skill make me verified?

No. Practice results are self-directed and unproctored. They help you learn and identify gaps, and are kept distinct from independently verified evidence.
